BBI Seed Grant Winners Announced

The University of Maryland’s Brain and Behavior Initiative has announced its 2015 Seed Grant awardees.

Five projects were funded out of 13 seed grant proposals received. Teams collaborated widely across campus; 50 investigators representing 25 disciplines participated.

Understanding the effect of age and duration of deafness on speech recognition in Cochlear Implant users

A novel use of catanioinic vesicles to modulate nervous system function and behavior
